WHAT DO SEPA, IBAN AND BIC MEAN?

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. This is the name given to the new uniform regulation for national and European payment transactions.

The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a number that will replace all national account details (in Germany, account number and bank code) in the future. The BIC (Business Identifier Code) is an internationally standardized bank code (comparable to the bank code in Germany) that uniquely identifies payment service providers worldwide.

I received an invoice that I have already paid. What should I do?

Please first check if the invoice amount has been debited from your bank account and if Klarna was the payee. If your payment has not been processed despite correct information, please log in to Klarna and select "Report a problem" so that your invoice is paused. If you have paid an invoice directly to the merchant, please contact the merchant and ask for a refund. Then transfer the amount to Klarna again.

I have not received my order. What happens to my invoice?

Of course, you do not have to pay the invoice as long as you have not received your order. If the payment deadline is approaching and you still have no information about the delivery status, please contact the merchant. Log in to Klarna and select "Report a problem" so that your invoice is paused until your order arrives.

The total amount on my invoice is incorrect. What should I do?

If the invoice amount does not match your order amount, you should not pay the invoice for now. Please contact the merchant directly to have your invoice corrected. While you are waiting for a new invoice from the merchant, log in to Klarna and select "Report a problem" so that your invoice is paused until it has been corrected.

What should I do if I want to return goods?

First, follow the merchant's return instructions and remember to keep the tracking number for your return. Log in to Klarna and select "Report a return" so that your invoice is paused until your return has arrived at the merchant. As soon as the merchant has registered your return, you will receive an adjusted invoice, which you can then - as always - pay via Klarna.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR AN ORDER WITH GOOGLE PAY?

Google Pay is available as a payment method for iOS and Android devices in our app and mobile webshop. You can select this payment method in the checkout area. It is available in all browsers and you can pay with a linked payment card. To pay with Google Pay, proceed as follows:

 

1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Google Pay will be available as a payment method.

2. If you have a voucher code, you can enter it in the designated field.

3. After selecting the payment method, choose "Continue" and then "Order and Pay Now".

4. You will be redirected to Google Pay, where you can select the card you wish to pay with.

5. Please check that your order details are correct, then complete your order with Touch ID/Face ID or by entering your passcode.

6. Once you have confirmed the payment, the confirmation page will be displayed and you will receive an email confirming your order.

Apple Pay is available as a payment method for iOS devices in our app and mobile webshop. You can select this payment method in the checkout area. It is accessible via Safari, and you can pay with a linked payment card. To pay with Apple Pay, please proceed as follows:


1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Apple Pay is available as a payment method if your device is running iOS.

2. If you have a coupon code, you can enter it in the designated field.

3. After selecting the payment method, choose "Continue" and then "Order and Pay Now".

4. You will be redirected to Apple Pay, where you can select the card you wish to pay with.

5. Please check if your order details are correct and complete your order with Touch ID/Face ID or by entering your passcode.

6. Once you have confirmed the payment, the confirmation page will be displayed, and you will receive an email confirming your order.

WHERE DO I FIND THE SECURITY CODE ON MY CREDIT CARD?

You can find the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card.

HOW IS VAT SHOWN?

Of course, VAT (Value Added Tax) will be shown separately on each invoice.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

You have the choice between the following payment methods: Visa Card, Mastercard, purchase on account via our partner Klarna, Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, giropay, and gift card.

WHY WAS THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT REJECTED?

If payment by credit card is not possible, there can be various reasons for this. For example, an input error, an invalid card, missing verification, or even a technical error on our part.

Alternatively, we offer the following payment methods: purchase on account, instant bank transfer, PayPal, and gift card.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

The purchased items will be reserved for you upon completion of the payment process. Your credit card will only be charged for the total amount of the delivered items once they have been shipped.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?

You will receive an invoice via email immediately after your order has been completely shipped.

CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the "installment payment" option.

CAN I GET AN INVOICE IN MY COMPANY'S NAME?

Generally, it is not possible to maintain a business customer account with VERYSUPERB.

DO I RECEIVE A PAYMENT CONFIRMATION?

If you have selected PayPal, credit card, or instant bank transfer as your payment method, the order will only be completed after a successful payment process. Therefore, the payment confirmation for these three payment methods appears directly in the browser window.
