Upon request, we will send you all necessary return documents after each shipment. To return an item, you can use the return label.
Once we have checked your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days. You can find more information on our Returns & Exchanges page. The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returning items.

If you don't like, don't fit, or for other reasons aren't satisfied with items you ordered from the Verysuperb online shop, you can, of course, exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. For selected products, we also offer a voluntary return policy of up to 30 days.
The period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you (who is not the shipping service provider) received the last item. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the return in time.
Important note on product assembly
1. A loss in value of the goods is only to be compensated if it is due to handling that goes beyond examining the nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Even assembled or mounted products can be returned under the right of withdrawal.
However, if assembly or mounting leads to the product no longer being resalable, or only to a limited extent, we reserve the right to claim corresponding compensation for value loss up to the full purchase price.
A return is therefore only possible if the product:
- is in its original packaging
- is complete and all parts are undamaged
We therefore recommend that you check before assembly whether the size, space requirements, and design are suitable for your intended use. This way, we can together ensure that there are no disappointments later.

Statutory exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply – as far as legally stipulated – to the following contracts, among others:
- Goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured according to individual specifications or personal needs of the customer
- Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery
- Goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
- Alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon when the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered more than 30 days later and whose value depends on market fluctuations
- Audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed after delivery
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (excluding subscription contracts)

In exceptional cases, your order may be delivered in several packages. When returning an item, please make sure that you only return the items listed on the delivery note in one package. Otherwise, it may take a little longer to assign and refund your return.

1. Make sure to place the item in its original product packaging in the parcel.
2. Enclose the return slip.
3. Stick the return address onto the sealed parcel.
4. Then all you have to do is drop off the parcel at the nearest parcel shop or parcel box.

What is the Hermes Return Bag?
You can request the Hermes Return Bag directly at a Hermes ParcelShop, pack it, seal it with the self-adhesive closure, and attach the return label. You can use the Hermes Return Bag for all returns when the original shipping packaging is too large (for example, if only one or a few items from a larger delivery are to be returned), damaged, or no longer available. This service is free of charge for you.
How does the return process with the Hermes Return Bag work?
The service is this simple:
1. Bring the item (including retail packaging), the return slip, and the return label to a Hermes ParcelShop of your choice.
2. Here you will receive the free Hermes Return Bag. Place the item including retail packaging and return slip inside, seal the Hermes Return Bag with the self-adhesive closure, stick the return label (which was included in your original parcel) on it, and hand it over to the Hermes ParcelShop operator.
3. Done! You will receive your return receipt as usual, and the return will be sent back to us.
What do you need to consider?
Dimensions: Items with minimum dimensions of 15 × 10 × 2 cm and maximum dimensions of
30 × 20 × 10 cm can be sent in the Hermes Return Bag.
Weight: The weight of the items must be between 0.2 kg and 1.5 kg.
Availability: The Hermes Return Bag is available free of charge at all 16,500 Hermes ParcelShops.
Important: If you received our items in retail packaging (i.e., in an outer packaging of the item), they must also be returned in it. The shipment of sharp, pointed, and/or fragile objects, as well as liquids, is not permitted in the Hermes Return Bag.

If you cancel and return your entire order, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs.
Please note that additional costs incurred due to a more expensive shipping method chosen by you than the standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

After you have dropped off your return with our shipping partner, you can see its status in the order overview. Please note that it may take a little while for us to make this status available to you.
However, in the following exceptional cases, it may happen that we do not have access to the tracking of your return, so we cannot provide you with any information about it:
- If you did not use the return label from the package, but created one yourself via your user account or our customer service created a new one for you.
- For some items, we have some trusted partners who handle the shipping for us. If your order was shipped via one of these partners, we do not have access to the return status.

Returns can be dropped off at any DHL branch or Hermes parcel shop. For returns that were sent directly by our partners, please send them with the appropriate return label via DHL or an alternative shipping service provider such as FedEx, Hermes, UPS, and TNT.
